How Kellogg's changed our lives...

Did you see the BBC 2 'Foods That Make Millions' series exploring how big businesses transform commodities into profitable brands, last night, the episode looks at how cereals have transformed the way we eat and live?
It was great to see the likes of Michael Pollan and Felicity Lawrence, both Bailey's favorites, and to see the story behind the rise to popularity of the sugary, carb-rich breakfasts we all now take for granted as the norm.
Way back when, we set out to try and make a difference, even in just our small way. The Jackson Bars were born from our need to find a healthy, satisfying snack for our own family with less sugar and no added anything!
Perhaps one day The Jackson Bar will be the snack of choice after a hearty, protein rich breakfast - what's wrong with the good old British bacon and eggs? - to keep energy levels even and avoid the sugar rushes and energy crashes that we all seem to accept these days!
Watch this, it's available 'til 14 December
and see why other snack bars can be cheaper but not necessarily better!
